You also will be able to access your employer’s “wall” to make comments to your coworkers. This section of the website is referred to as the “Employer Wall” or “Private Area.”

FairPrice.Network does not collect, sell, transfer, or disclose personally identifiable health information (PHI) from you on this website and no PHI will be collected or processed on this website by FairPrice.Network.

When you claim your healthcare provider profile, you will be able to verify whether or not you will accept Reference Based Pricing, and what percentage of Medicare you will accept as the basis for determining payment for services rendered.

How We Use Your Information

We use publicly available information pertaining to healthcare providers, as well as information provided by members participating in Reference Based Pricing plans to advise healthcare consumers as to those providers that are known to accept Reference Based Pricing for payment of healthcare services, as well as those providers that may be more likely to accept Reference Based Pricing as a result of their agreement to accept Medicare patients.

We use information that is voluntarily provided by individual healthcare consumers on Public Areas of the website to create and market a healthcare marketplace where individual healthcare consumers can make informed decisions about seeking care from a provider as to the provider’s specialty, location, billing practices and other consumer reviews and to create an open market between healthcare consumers and healthcare providers to arrange for the provision of healthcare services and treatment at a negotiated price.

We will not use your private medical information, or any personally identifiable information, unless you choose to provide it on a Public Area or Private Area of this website.

We use anonymous browsing and visitor data to stay informed about how visitors use our website so that we can ensure the best possible visiting experience.

As a general policy, FairPrice.Network will not share, sell or trade your information with third parties.
